In the event that a participant behaves in a harassing manner, the organizers reserve the right to make any decision in order to maintain an inclusive environment for all participants. For example, the organizers reserve the right to notify, and possibly expel those in duty.
The Hackathon organizers reserve the right to intervene in order to prevent any activity with the clear intent to disturb or make the environment hostile to any participant.
The organizers expect participants to follow the rules at all times and activities during the Hackathon.

You can make reports anonymously or in person.
In any case, we suggest to indicate two key aspects:
- A clear description of the disturbance caused;
- A clear request for the measures you would like to be taken in response to the disturbance.
You can consult the following reporting guidelines (in English): https://geekfeminism.wikia.org/wiki/Reporting_harassment
8.3 Anonymous Reports
During the event, a form for anonymous reports will be available from this page. For obvious reasons we cannot keep you updated on the measures taken following your report, but we undertake to investigate your report thoroughly and take any necessary action to prevent the disturbance from happening again.
